Prof Yash Paul has been involved in many breakthroughs in the field of cardiology such as interventional cardiology, heart failure management, cyanotic congenital heart disease, rheumatic diseases. Mahendra informs Abhishek, Prabhakar and Keshav about this opportunity. The Gokhale sons, without seeking Anna's permission, agree to the offer and Mahendra closes the deal with the mall. Prabhakar schemes to get Anna's signature on the papers during the Mehendi ceremony and manages to get the documents signed. Following which, the news of Gokhale Bandhu opening in Ahmedabad is out in every newspaper.

Deven Bhojani, essaying the role of Anna said that the entire set is gleaming with lights, decorations and the vibe is happy and full of celebration. It has been an entirely different and a great experience shooting for the upcoming episodes. Chandigarh 17^th July:-NTPC Ltd, India's largest power generator, today announced the commissioning of 1^st unit of 660 MW of Nabinagar Super Thermal Power Project (3x660 MW) of Nabinagar Power Generating Company Limited. With the announcement, the total installed capacity of NTPC Ltd reached 55,786 MW.

Nabinagar Power Generating Company is a 50:50 joint venture between NTPC Limited and Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited.

NTPC Ltd. currently operates 52 power stations (22 Coal, 7 combined cycle gas/liquid fuel, 2 Hydro, 1 Wind and 11 solar projects). Further, it has 8 coal and 1 gas station, owned by Joint ventures or subsidiaries taking the capacity to 55,786 MW.

NTPC aims to achieve total installed capacity of 130 GW by 2032.

To bring in the musical element to this love story, Ankush Bhardawaj, Indian Idol 10 finalist lent his voice for the title track.

Chandigarh 19^th July:-As many as 45 doctors and para medical staff  participated in a CME on 'osteoporosis awareness' at Ojas Super Speciality Hospital, Panchkula on Friday.

Addressing CME, Dr Gagandeep Gupta an ortho- consultant said that osteoporosis is a disease characterized by low bone density and the deterioration of bone tissue. He said that as the bones become more porous and fragile, the risk of fractures is greatly increased.

He remarked that the loss of bone occurs 'silently' and 'progressively'. Often there are no symptoms until the first fracture occurs.

Dr Gupta further said that initially, osteoporosis does not manifest any symptoms, however on a later stage, the bones become fragile & begin to break.

Symptoms occur late in the disease which includes bone pain and tenderness, broken bones (fractures), loss of height as a result of weakened spines.Spinal deformities become evident like stooped posture, an outward curve at the top of the spine as a result of developing a vertebral collapse on the back.

Talking about risk factors, Dr Gagandeep said that women have less bone tissue and loose bone more rapidly than men because of the hormonal changes involved in menopause.

"The older you are, the greater your risk of osteoporosis. Your bones become less dense and weaker as you age. The small, thin-boned women are at greater risk with Asian women are at highest risk."

Susceptibility to fracture may be, in part, hereditary. People whose parents have a history of fractures also seem to have reduced bone mass and may be at risk for fractures, he pointed out.

The risk factors that one can change includes abnormal absence of menstrual periods (amenorrhea), low estrogen level (menopause), low testosterone level in men, diet low in calcium and vitamin D and an inactive lifestyle or extended bed rest, he asserted.

Talking about osteoporosis detection, Dr Gagan said that a Bone Mineral Density (BMD) test is the best way to determine your bone health.

Chandigarh 19^th July:-An annual two-day photography exhibition by students began at Morph Academy here on Friday.

Over 200 photographs on wildlife, flora and fauna,  landscape, nature and historical heritage were showcased during first day today.

Faculty members including Aman Shergill and Jagjit Singh applauded the initiative taken by students. Morph Academy is a skilled training institute founded in Chandigarh in 2009.

Morph CEO, Ajay Sharma said that our talented students showcased their immense creative potential through different types of photography including wildlife, model shoot, flower shoot, baby shoot, landscape shoot etc. 

He added that as a professional institute we feel it as our responsibility that our students get the most benefit from the exhibition as it will build their portfolios.

Meanwhile it was a memorable event, highlighting the hidden talents of every student, motivating and inspiring them to excel in their career as well as in their future ventures.

Chandigarh 19^th July:-A New academic block of Dev Samaj College for women, Sector 45 B, Chandigarh was inaugurated by Shrimaan Nirmal Singh Dhillon Ji, Chairman, Dev Samaj College Managing Committee here on Thursday.

Dr. Agnese Dhillon, Secretary, Dev Samaj College Managing Committee and Principal Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector-36, Chandigarh, was also present on this occasion.

Speaking on this occasion, Shrimaan Nirmal Singh Dhillon Ji stated that the new building will not only facilitate the gigantic leap in infrastructural development but also take the college to its zenith and will make it a place of learning for ages to come.

While addressing the gathering, Dr. Agnese Dhillon said that new academic block will help in the smooth functioning of office work and college. It will have a bigger library with the latest Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facility along with new classrooms for the students.

Dr. Jaspal Kaur, Principal of Dev Samaj College for Women expressed her gratitude to the management and thanked it for its unflinching support in the upliftment of the college.

On the auspicious day sweets were also distributed among the teachers and students to mark the celebrations.

Chandigarh 22^nd July:-The gems and jewellery industry will be breathing a sigh of relief, as the Ministry of Finance announced no IGST will be levied on gem and jewellery carried outside of the country for exhibition purpose. Till now, gem & jewellery which was being carried outside of the country even for exhibition/ consignment purpose was attracting IGST at reimport.

This comes into effect after several representations made by the trade and industry to the Ministry of Finance for exemption of IGST for the gems and jewellery carried for exhibition purpose

The statement from the Government of India clarified that that the activity of sending / taking the goods out of India for exhibition or on consignment basis for export promotion do not constitute as supply as the said activity does not fall within the scope of section 7 of the CGST Act as there is no consideration at that point in time. Since such activity is not a supply, the same cannot be considered as "Zero Rated Supply‟ as per the provisions contained in section 16 of the IGST Act.

Commenting on this development, Pramod Kumar Agrawal, Chairman, The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) said that the entire gem & jewellery industry is thankful to the Govt. for coming up with this trade friendly step as this will further boost the promotional activities globally. As the apex body of the industry, while making representations we have not left any stone unturned in our genuine effort towards resolving this issue. The move will definitely provide respite to our member exporters.

The Circular from the Ministry of Finance also clarifies that activity of sending/taking the goods out of India for exhibitions or on consignment basis for export promotion will not be considered as supply.

Chandigarh 22^nd July:-North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala (Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India) in collaboration with Sangeet Milon, Lucknow organized "Classical Voice of India" - Chandigarh Audition at Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh on July 21, 2019.

Prof. Saubhagya Vardhan, Director, North Zone Cultural Centre informed that Sangeet Milon, Bharatiya Sangeet Shodh Evam Sanrakshan Sansthan a non-profit cultural organization based in Lucknow, UP, is dedicated to the promotion of classical music amongst the young generation. Since 2013, Sangeet Milon has been holding live city auditions for its pan India Classical Voice of India Talent Hunt Show. This national classical competition has been highly acclaimed by all.It initially began as a classical vocal competition which has now expanded to competition in various forms of classical art like - vocal, tabla/pakhawaj, instruments and Kathak. There are four categories to the competition: Junior (9+ to 13+ years), Middle(14+ to 18+ years)  Senior  ( 19+ to 23+ years) and Yuva Kalakaar (24+ to 29 Years) The contestants shall be expected to give a 7 min performance of their art.Registration fees for the Junior and Middle group is Rs 300/- and the Senior and Yuva Kalakaar is Rs 500/- only. Their shall be participating certificates for all contestants and merit certificate and medals for the winning ones. Finalists shall be invited to perform at the Grand Finals to be held in Lucknow in December 2019. The title holders of "Classical Voice of India" and "Tabla Nawaz of India" shall get Rs.25,000/- cash prize. The first, second and third prizes are for Rs.10,000/-, Rs.7,000/- and Rs.5,000/-. An unique feature of Sangeet Milon–Classical Voice of India is that the cash money is divided between the Guru and his disciple as a token of respect to the Guru under whom the student has blossomed.

Sangeet Milon has been associated with North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala (Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India) for the last two years and NZCC has been helping them substantially in organizing this competition in the northern states of India. NZCC in collaboration with Sangeet Milon holds the "Classical Voice of India" - Chandigarh Audition at Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh on July 21, 2019. The result of the competition is as under:

Chandigarh 22^nd July:-बिजली विभाग के किये जा रहे निगमीकरण /निजीकरण के खिलाफ चण्डीगढ़ के बिजली कर्मचारियों का संघर्ष आज भी जारी रहा।  संघर्षो की कड़ी में यूनियन द्वारा आज बिजली दफ्तर, सैक्टर 18 के सामने रोष रैली का आयोजन किया। रैली को यूनियन के महासचिव गोपाल दत्त जोशी, ध्यान सिंह, अमरीक सिंह, पान सिंह, गुरमीत सिंह, दलेर सिंह, रणजीत सिंह, सुरेन्द्र गोयल, सुखविन्द्र सिंह, लखविन्द्र सिंह, राम गोपाल, स्वर्ण सिंह, परमजीत सिंह, अमित ढ़ीगडा, नरिन्द्र कुमार, हरजिन्द्र सिंह, कर्मजीत, प्रदीप शर्मा आदि यूनियन के पदाधिकारियों ने सम्बोंधित किया।  

रैली को सम्बोंधित करते हुए वक्ताओं ने दो दशक पहले शुरू किये गये आर्थिक सुधारों का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि तथाकथित सुधारों का हवाला देकर तथा बिजली क्षेत्र की वित्तीय हालत सुधारने के नाम पर देश के बिजली बोर्डो को तोड़कर कारपोरेशन व कम्पनियां बना दी। जिसके लिए करोड़ो रूपये अनुदान भी दिया गया। तथा इन कम्पनियों को बिजली की दरें बढाने की खुली छुटृी भी दी गई। आज बिजली की दरों में भारी बढोतरी करने तथा जनता पर भारी टैक्स लगाने के बावजूद जनता को सहूलियत नहीं दी गई फिर भी अविघटित बिजली बोर्डो का घाटा जो कुछ करोड़ में था आज कई सौ करोड़ पहुंच चुका है। महाराष्ट्र में एनरान कम्पनी का बिजली का उत्पादन बीच में ही छोड देना, उडीसा में तुफान के बाद बिजली की आपूर्ति करने से मना कर देना, आन्ध्र प्रदेश में बिजली की दरों में भारी बढोतरी के खिलाफ संघर्ष कर रहे निर्दोष जनता पर गोली चलाकर मौत के घाट उतारना तथा बिजली की दरों में बढ़ोतरी के खिलाफ जनता का तीखा संघर्ष आदि इन नीतियों का दुषपरिणाम सामने है।

यूनियन के पदाधिकारियों ने इन नीतियों के सीधे तौर पर फेल होने का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि बोर्डो  को तोडकर बनाये गये कार्पोरेशनों व कम्पनियों ने अपना मुनाफा बढाने के लिए अपने आप को दिवालिया तक घोषित करने में भी हिचक नहीं दिखाई। जनता की नाराजगी को देखते हुए केन्द्र सरकार को इन कम्पनियों को 1.90 लाख करोड़ का बेलआउट पैकेज देना पडा है। हालात यहां तक पहुंच गये है कि पुणे व पांडीचेरी की सरकारो ने बिजली की पॉरपोरेशनों को भंग कर इन्हें सरकार के अधीन ले लिया। इस लिये चण्डीगढ़ प्रशासन इन सच्चाईयों से सबक लेकर निगमीकरण करने का प्रस्ताव रद्द करें। क्योंकि प्राईवेट कम्पनियों का मकसद केवल और केवल मुनाफा कमाना है, बिजली बोर्डो को तोड़कर बनाए गये कारर्पोरेशनों व कम्पनियों द्वारा बिजली के दाम बढ़ाकर जनता पर भारी बोझ डालने तथ बिजली क्षेत्र को तबाह करने का हवाला देते हुए  कहा कि चण्डीगढ़ प्रशासन बिजली क्षेत्र को अपने अधीन रखते हुए/ सही मायने में सुधार लागू कर जनता को सस्ती व निर्विघ्न बिजली सप्लाई दे। यूनियन के पदोधिकारियों ने चण्डीगढ़ प्रशासन को जोर देकर कहा कि प्रशासन निगमीकरण करने की बजाये विभाग में खाली पड़ी पोस्टों को भर कर तथा स्टोर में सामान का प्रबंध कर जनता को निर्विघ्न बिजली आपूर्ति करना यकीनी बनायें। उन्होंने प्रशासन को चेतावनी दी की अगर सुचारू रूप से चल रहे बिजली विभाग को कॉरपोरेशन में तबदील कर तहस-नहस करने की कोशिश की गई तो यूनियन लड़ीवार संघर्षो की कड़ी में सभी कार्यालयों के सामने रोष प्रदर्शन कर 5 अगस्त को बिजली दफ्तर, सैक्टर 17 के सामने विशाल रोष धरना देगी जिसमें अगले संघर्षो का ऐलान करेगी जिसमें क्लोनियों, सैक्टरों व मार्किट में जत्था मार्च कर आम लोगो को जागरूक कर पर्चे वितरित किये जाएगे उसके बाद सभी राजनैतिक पार्टीयों, ट्रेड यूनियनों, रैजींडेंट वेलफेयर ऐसोसिएशनो की मीटिंग बुलाकर सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया जाएगा तथा सभी वर्गो को साथ में लेकर हड़ताल का आहवान भी किया जाएगा।

Under the umbrella of  Indian Innovation and Entrepreneur Community ( IIEC ) and organized by Educator and technocrat Vimal Daga, the Finale was attended by eminent personalities and professionals from the digital world of technology.
