Chandigarh 05th September:-The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh included Sangita Vardhan, Founder Chairperson, Vatsal Chaya Trust, as member in the Administrator's Advisory Council to advise the Chandigarh Administration on development issues and policy matters affecting the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
