Chandigarh 10th May:-The Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential AMC, the largest asset management company with assets under management of ₹179403.46 Cr as on March 31, 2016, has approved the appointment of S Naren, as Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd, subject to regulatory and other necessary approvals.
S Naren joined the company in October 2004. In his current role as CIO, he oversees the entire investment function across the Mutual Fund and the International Advisory Business.
