Chandigarh 29th August:-The Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to appoint Rakesh Kumar Popli, PCS as Additional Excise & Taxation Commissioner-cum-Deputy Excise & Taxation Commissioner to assist the Excise and Taxation Commissioner, U.T., Chandigarh, for carrying out the purpose of the said Act and exercising the powers of Deputy Excise & Taxation Commissioner (Appeals).
